Carve your original designs into rubber blocks and stamp them on paper and fabric to create attractive, handmade surface patterns!
In this 4 week class, designer and maker Kendra Dosenbach will show you how to transfer a drawing onto a rubber block, safely carve out the negative space of the drawing, mix and roll ink onto your printing block and press your inked relief block to make prints on both paper and fabric. You will make unique home decor wall art, a set of personal greeting cards and a custom tote bag. A $20 materials fee is due the first day of class.
